Still Here!

Live Streaming!

We are still unable to have people here for church at The Mission so we continue to film services and post it for our church family online. Since March, we’ve produced over 100 videos, totaling over 50 hours of content! It has been amazing to see how online church has helped people stay unified as well as hopeful during this time.

Stories!

Before Covid hit we had big plans to tell some pretty amazing stories. We are hoping to be able to start on those here pretty soon - just awaiting the go-ahead! Our passion really is to highlight the amazingness of the human spirit and what is possible with a good God who loves His kids and will go to great lengths so see them come into family.

Daily Life amidst covid

Our campus is still closed to outsiders, but on campus we are seeing some of ‘normal life’ take form. Kids get to go to school, and we meet together for morning Devos and Sunday Church. We do adhere to the governments Covid safety regulations whenever there are gatherings.

We spend our days at work in the mornings and hanging out with and loving on different kids who live here at The Mission in the afternoons. Brave is always happy to have a friend around!

The US-Mex border is still closed to all but essential travel, but we are hoping it opens up soon!

Christmas IS coming!

Every year, because of amazing sponsors and donors, our kids get extravagantly unforgettable Christmases! For some kids, their first Christmas with us is the first Christmas that they have received a Christmas gift. It gives us all so much joy to lavish them and show them the abundant love of God in this way!
